  1. Membuat Roti, Campur bahan kering (Terigu, Gula Pasir, Ragi) aduk merata..
  2. Masukan kuning telur, campur hingga rata. dan masukan susu sedikit demi sedikit, hingga adonan menggumpal..
  3. Masukan butter, dan garam. uleni hingga kalis, lembut, dan membentuk membran (window pane).
  4. Setelah kalis sempurna, bulatkan adonan, simpan di baskom/mangkok yg sudah dioles tipis butter. tutup menggunakan plastik wrapping, atau kain lap lembab (basahi sedikit). istirahatkan kurang lebih 50 menit.
  5. Setelah adonan "beristirahat", keluarkan adonan, kempiskan, lalu uleni sebentar, sebentar ajaaaa, istirahatkan lg 5 menit. lalu timbang, masing2 @85gr. rounding (bulatkan) hingga bulat sempurna. hingga adonan habis. istirahatkan kembali seperti langkah awal selama 30 menit (jgn over proofing).
  6. Panaskan oven di sela2 waktu istirahat ke 2. 180°C..
  7. Setelah istirahat ke 2, olesi roti dgn susu cair, lalu panggang selama 15-20 menit. (coklat keemasan). dinginkan, tunggu roti agak kokoh..
  8. Membuat Cream Cheese Filling : Mixer semua bahan hingga mengembang, dan lembut. masukkan ke dlm plastik piping, simpan di kulkas hingga waktu ny di pakai..
  9. Membuat Garlic Butter : Lelehkan butter (jgn mendidih yaa). setelah leleh masukan semua bahan, aduk rata..
  10. Potong roti menjadi 6 bagian (tidak terputus) agar seperti bentuk bawang putih hehe.
  11. Semprotkan Cream Cheese di masing belahan roti..
  12. Gunakan sarung tangan plastik, ambil roti yg sudah diisi cream, lalu siram sedikit demi sedikit dgn garlic butter (pake sendok aja boleh). perlahan, dgn penuh kepastian, karena wanita butuh kepastian #eehhh lalu taburi parsley kering, boleh ditambah mozarella juga.
  13. Panggang roti selama 15-20 menit dgn suhu 180°C.
  14. Angkat dan sajikan. sambil nonton Lee Min ho, boleh bgt lho ngemil roti ini. Kamsahamnida ❤.
