- Campur gula,ragi dan susu.tuang ke tepung 👇🏻.
- Tambahkan telur,uleni selama 5 menit sampai tidak lengket di tangan👇🏻.
- Tambahkan butter,uleni sampai kalis bulatkan lalu tutup dengan kain bersih diamkan selama 1 jam👇🏻.
- Setelah 1 jam adonan mengembang 2x lipat,kempiskan adonan uleni sebentar lalu potong jadi 4👇🏻.
- Bulatkan tiap potongan tata di loyang (saya alasi baking papper)tutup lagi dan istirahatkan kembali selama 30 menit👇🏻.
- Setelah di istirahatkan panggang selama 20 menit suhu 180 derajat sampai matang (sesuaikan oven masing2 ya)saya pakai otang tanpa pengatur suhu 🤭jadi pakai api sedang di rak bawah lalu pindah rak paling atas selama 10 menit👇🏻 setelah matang biarkan sampai dingin.oven sudah dipanaskan sebelumnya ya!!!.
- Campur keju oles dan susu cair,aduk rata(saya masak tehnik double boiler sampai keju leleh dan tercampur rata 👇🏻).
- Lelehkan butter lalu angkat,masukan telur,SKM,dan parsley aduk cepat pakai whisk 👇🏻.
- Potong atas roti 6/8 keratan jangan sampai putus ya🤭oles bagian dalam tiap belahan roti dengan bahan Glaze beri isian cream lalu celupkan lagi ke bahan Glaze, panggang selama 10 menit suhu 160 derajat(saya selama 15 menit api sedang di rak paling atas karna pakai otang🤭).
- Setelah matang langsung diserbu karna dah pada nungguin 🤣🤣🤣.
