Ingredients of Cinnamon Rolls

  1. It's of Bahan roti.
  2. Prepare 250 gr of tepung terigu protein sedang.
  3. You need 100 gr of tepung terigu protein.
  4. Prepare 30 gr of gula pasir.
  5. Prepare 30 gr of brown sugar.
  6. It's 3 gr of / ¼ sdt garam.
  7. It's 50 gr of margarin.
  8. It's 7 gr of femipan.
  9. It's 170 gr of susu cair.
  10. It's 1 butir of telur.
  11. You need of Bahan filling.
  12. You need 50 gr of brown sugar.
  13. You need 1 sdt of cinnamon powder.
  14. You need 20 gr of butter.

Cinnamon Rolls step by step

  1. Masukkan semua bahan kecuali susu... kemudian campur.
  2. Kemudian tuang susu sedikit demi sedikit sambil di uleni... sampai kalis.
  3. Ketika sudah kalis diamkan selama 1 jam sambil di tutup kain.
  4. Buat filling. Campur brown sugar dan cinnamon powder tadi... sisihkan dulu.
  5. Kempeskan adonan, pipihkan menggunakan rolling pin dengan ketebalan ½ cm.
  6. Olesi permukaan adonan dengan butter.
  7. Tabur filling tadi di atas adonan yg sudah di oles butter tadi.
  8. Gulung adonan.
  9. Lalu potong-potong menjadi 12 bagian sama besar bisa menggunakan pisau atau benang. (Aku sarankan pake benang agar potongan lebih rapi).
  10. Susun di atas loyang yang sudah dilumuri mentega. Tutupi dengan lap bersih dan diamkan hingga adonan mengembang 30-50% kurang lebih 15-20 menit.
  11. Panaskan oven 180°C. Setelah mengembang, panggang selama 20-25 menit.
  12. Keluarkan cinnamon roll dari oven, lalu dinginkan.
  13. Jadi deh... Cinnamon Roll siap di nikmati ♡♡.
