- Siapkan bahan2.
- Bahan taburan.
- Buat roti : campur bahan A, mixer sampai kalis. Beri bahan B, mixer lagi sampai kalis elastis. Bulatkan adonan dan istirahatkan lebih kurang 30 menit.
- Kempiskan adonan dan timbang adonan 60 gr, bulatkan. Tata dalam loyang dan istirahatkan lagi 30 menit.
- Panggang dalam oven yang sudah dipanaskan sebelumnya dengan suhu 180°C selama lebih kurang 15 menit.
- Buat cream cheese : mixer semua bahan sampai lembut lalu masukkan dalam plastik segitiga, sisihkan.
- Buat saos garlic : campur semua bahan hingga rata, sisihkan.
- Penyelesaian : jika roti sudah dingin potong bagian atasnya menjadi 6 bagian, jangan sampai terputus. Lalu spuit cream cheese di sela2 potongan. Kemudian siram dengan saos garlic.
- Bungkus roti dengan alumunium foil setengah bagian saja. Tabur keju mozarella dan parmesan.
